Impressionism

Sorry that there have been no recent blogs, but between being very busy and slow internet connections, blogging has slipped through the cracks.

Last week I covered an airport open house at Fryeburg Airport in Maine. There were a number of interesting experimental, non-military aircraft at the event. I did get a nice image of a Vans RV-8 taking off, which can be found at my Portfolio tab in the Personal Work section.

I also took several photos of a gyro copter. It is the first one I have ever seen in person and I will be blogging about it in the near future.

The image I want to share with you today is another of my Impressionistic Abstracts. I took this photograph in Wolfboro, New Hampshire. I was disappointed when, as I was clicking the shutter, a couple walked around a bend in the path and into my photo. When I started to develop the image, however, I found that they added a sense of perspective and interest to the overall scene.

Until next time...
